SHIPPING POLICY
Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. If you purchase more than one item, usually I can fit a few things all in the same box to make shipping fees cheaper for you. To keep your pottery safe during shipment, it is wrapped in recycled packing materials like newspaper, bubble wrap, and random foam pieces.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final, but if your pottery arrives broken please contact me! I am more than happy to get you a replacement or refund. Just send me a picture of the damaged piece in the original packaging. I will send you a replacement piece for free, or refund your purchase.
CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Because each piece is handcrafted and fired in small batches, there are slight variations between pieces and sometimes small blemishes. This is the nature of ceramics. I will not accept exchanges. If you are unhappy with your piece shoot me an e-mail.
